Naima Dimina and Carcheline Cereme: the 2023 Bouyon Gwada duo

Naima Dimina and Carcheline Cereme start in 2023 with "Chien", a single laying the duo's foundations in the Bouyon Gwada repertoire. The female duo format is still relatively rare on the scene, it sets Totally Spice's apart from the individual voices occupying the same period (Shanika, MiiMii KDS). That two-voice configuration structures the project's identity from the start: a stage dialogue unfolding across the featurings and the releases that follow. The duo is followed by the specialist Caribbean press, which documents the duo's origin, members and singles, and refers to their Eurockéennes 2025 appearance.

Bouè'y Bay 2024 with TIITII NBA: the 1.76 million streams mark

In 2024, "Bouè'y Bay" with TIITII NBA passes the 1.76 million streams mark, the first real mainstream milestone for Totally Spice's. That collaboration is central to the duo's trajectory, because it does not work only as a featuring: it places the duo in the lane of releases passing a million streams on the platforms, an algorithmic visibility threshold that changes the public reading. The same year, "Bouyonstyle № 1" with Bismok and "Krikéy" with KEKS MAFIA widen the collaborative circle without straying from the Bouyon Gwada core. In 2025, "6 Dwèt" with DJ Luchshiy and Lestef KJF Boyz plugs them into the DJ Luchshiy hub, one of the flagship productions of the scene, which structures several recent releases in the New Bouyon Wave lane.

Eurockéennes 2025 and Bad Gyal Bouyon Le Bon: the mainland crossing

In the summer of 2025, Totally Spice's step onto the stage of the Eurockéennes de Belfort with the project "Bad Gyal Bouyon Le Bon", a first major appearance at a mainland French festival, documented on the official Eurockéennes artist page. That appearance matters to the Bouyon story: it proves the Bouyon Gwada scene can hold a leading French alternative rock festival, outside the usual Creole and West Indian circuit. The duo belongs to the line of Bouyon Gwada female voices who do not wait for Parisian validation to exist: they earn it by laying down single after single, on their own terms. In the chapters "Women of bouyon" and "Bouyon goes global", Totally Spice's marks precisely the moment when the female Bouyon Gwada scene reaches mainland festival stages without passing through a traditional industry airlock.
