2007, the Krazy Tras: Bouyon enters Guadeloupe through the nightlife

Vador is a promoter from Guadeloupe. Cédrick Raboteur according to Le Courrier de Guadeloupe, Vadore on the posters. In 2007 he teams up with his uncle and with Francky Belote, who runs the Krazy Tras, and plants Bouyon inside Guadeloupean nights. Not a release, not a studio: sound systems, dates, and singers brought over from Dominica.

Around him forms Yellow Gaza, with DJ Joe and Asa Banton. Not to be confused with Gaza Crew, founded by Suppa: two neighbouring outfits, two stories. Yellow Gaza is the stage and organising side, the one that opens the crossing between the two islands.

Vadore Concept, the channel of the first wave

In 2009 he structures it all under one name: Vadore Concept, label and booking. For a decade, that is how Bouyon circulates in Guadeloupe. On 16 November 2011, Suppa's "I Don't Kow" comes out on the label's SoundCloud, one of the most direct audio traces of the first Gwada wave, at a moment when almost nothing is being archived.

In 2012, Vadore Concept runs the Bouyon Music Live Tour. The circuit exists: dates, a programme, an audience that follows. The beats of that period run through J2MO, and the voices in rotation are those of the Gaza Girls Crew and the 2010-2012 generation.

Bouyon Kings, and a circuit still running

In 2022 the label puts out the Bouyon Kings compilations. "Trouble Beat", then the "Bouyon Kings II Mixtape" featuring HollyG and Arendi, and launches the Bouyon Kings Tour across Guadeloupe, Martinique and Dominica.

On 9 May 2025, the Vador Birthday "Bouyon legacy edition" fills the W club in Baie-Mahault. The ticketing page bills the grand return of the Gaza Girls, with an all-female line-up. Eighteen years after the Krazy Tras, the circuit he opened is still running, and he is still the one running it.

Vador does not sing. Without him, the first Gwada wave would have had no stage to exist on.
