LeYou is a Guadeloupean bouyon singer. The catalog opens in 2022 with "On LoLo", laid on the Gold Color Riddim, one of the riddims that drive the Gwada bouyon scene at the time.
The pivot lands in 2023 with "Faut Qu'on S'explique", a collective release with Le Bluff and TedLa under DJ LEGUSTE's production. The track plants the three voices together on the same beat and pulls LeYou out of the Gold Color Riddim zone to enter the wider Gwada bouyon conversation.
From there, the tandem with TedLa becomes a signature. The two voices cross on several releases, including TedLa's "She Tell Me She Want" featuring LeYou, and "VIN TCHEK NOU" which brings together Le Bluff, LeYou and TedLa on the "Premières Notes" album in 2024.
LeYou also shows up on DJ Guyguy's "Projet X" in 2024, single that plugs him into the Anonymous Gyal's and Ted La circle on a single track. On the solo side, he stacks releases like "DLM" and "Danse" with Ayman Yts on the feature.
A trajectory that builds through collaborations more than through solo singles , the reflex of a voice that moves through several circles at once, from Le Bluff to DJ Guyguy via TedLa.
On LoLo in 2022 opens the counter
LeYou is a Guadeloupean Bouyon singer. The catalogue opens in 2022 with "On LoLo", a single laid over the Gold Color Riddim, one of the riddims keeping the Bouyon Gwada scene of the time turning. The voice settles in without a drum roll, through the riddim side. That is enough to bring LeYou into the conversation.
2023: Faut Qu'on S'explique, the title that reveals the trio
The real turn arrives in 2023 with "Faut Qu'on S'explique", a collective release with Le Bluff and TedLa under DJ LEGUSTE production. The title puts the three voices together on one beat and pulls LeYou out of the Gold Color Riddim zone into the wider Bouyon Gwada conversation. It is the single that reveals the trio Le Bluff × LeYou × TedLa.
The pairing with TedLa and the album Premières Notes
From there, the pairing with TedLa becomes a signature. The two voices cross on several releases , "She Tell Me She Want" by TedLa with LeYou featuring, then "VIN TCHEK NOU" which brings Le Bluff, LeYou and TedLa together on the album "Premières Notes" in 2024.
That same year, LeYou appears on "Projet X" by DJ Guyguy with Ted La and Anonymous Gyal's. Four voices on one single, the format that plugs him into the wide circle of contemporary Bouyon Gwada.
Solo and crossed featurings
On the solo side, LeYou follows with "DLM", then "Danse" with Ayman Yts featuring. The trajectory is not built through isolated solo releases but through repeated crossings: Le Bluff, TedLa, DJ Guyguy, Anonymous Gyal's, Ayman Yts. That is the reflex of a voice circulating through several circles at once, without shutting itself into one.
