World Creole Music Festival 2026: bouyon acts

From October 23 to 25 in Roseau, the World Creole Music Festival books Ridge and Pudaz on Friday, Reo and Trilla G on Saturday, Gwada G and Nice on Sunday.

On Friday, October 23, the Windsor Park Sports Stadium in Roseau opens three nights of the World Creole Music Festival. Ridge, Pudaz, TK International, DJ MJ with MV on the Keys and Midnight Groovers are on the bill, alongside Capleton, Skillibeng and Klass.

On Saturday the 24th, Ne-Yo and Alkaline lead the night. Asa Bantan, Trilla G, Reo and Edday are booked, with Tabou Combo, V'ghn, Full Blown and Extasy Band.

On Sunday the 25th, Machel Montano closes the festival. Gwada G, Nice, DJ Taffy and Shelly & The Signal Band share the bill with Unstoppable Shax, Maxi Priest, Fridayy and Uncle Waffles.

The festival runs on the last weekend of October, during Dominica's Independence season, and counts bouyon among its genres, alongside reggae, dancehall, soca and zouk. A single night costs 300 East Caribbean dollars on Friday and Sunday, 400 on Saturday.

In the two weeks before the festival and the week after, side events take place across the island, including Ti Villaj Kweyol, Wato, White Sunset, Independence Gopwell and Rize & Whine.
