On Tuesday, late in the afternoon, Trev Li posts the video for "To Whom It May Concern". In front of a green curtain, faces follow one another behind a microphone, one after the other. Under the video, the artist files the song under bouyon, between the flag of Dominica and the flag of Trinidad and Tobago.

Bouyon New Waves
The cream of bouyon: current hits, emerging artists and underrated voices, picked by TIITII NBA.
The single comes out on Sunday, October 25, on the artist's own label. It holds two versions, each two minutes fifty-one long: the original and an acoustic version. The title borrows the opening line of a formal letter, the English way of addressing whoever it may concern.
The double format is nothing new for Trev Li. In late March, "Live My Life" already comes out in two versions on the same single, one marked bouyon, the other acoustic. "To Whom It May Concern" is the eighth release of the year under the artist's name, two months after "DI BLACK SNAKE LOOSE". In the caption, the artist slips in one more word: carnival.
