On Saturday, September 19, Smokiller posts a bouyon warm up on Instagram, built on "Nothing Into Something", the single by Coi Leray and Diplo released a few days earlier. The next day, the video also goes up on TikTok with the same caption: 92 seconds, produced by Smokiller.
As of October 8, the TikTok version shows 534,800 views and 17,100 likes. The sound attached to the video carries the name of the Dominican artist, billed on the artist's own profile as a wrecketeng specialist.
It is not Smokiller's first detour through a star from elsewhere. In late April, an "IShowSpeed Bouyon Riddim" already goes up on the same account. In December 2025, Smokiller announces a collective album produced entirely in-house, with Klass Money, Charlie Black, Keith Goddard, O Banga, DJ Cut and Mopo Neck. The project aims to bring wrecketeng back to its Dominican roots: DJ Cut and the Bushtown Clan, then Nursery Krew Inc. in the early 2000s.
On the TikTok profile, one line already announces what comes next: Warm Up Season v1.
