TIITII NBA — pivot artist of the New Bouyon Wave. The 8 voices that defined the genre in Guadeloupe between 2022 and 2026.
2022. Morne-à-l'Eau, Guadeloupe. I drop New Bouyon Age, my first project. Method: everything from my iPhone. No pro studio, no label, no help. Just a phone, headphones, and the conviction that a new wave is rising in Gwada.
June 2023. With 1T1, I co-sign the Keneth Riddim — the first of the One Riddims structuring the scene (model inherited from Genesis's Lyrikal Terrorist). No Sex Over Money (TIITII NBA feat 1T1) opens the sequence.
September 29, 2023. Public crystallization of the New Bouyon Wave with the eponymous single. 8 names locked: TIITII NBA, 1T1, Softee, Aknose, Nils, Luky Lukee, Le Juh, Theomaa. The scene has a name, a color, a manifesto.
December 2023 — Zézé Riddim. Pied au Plancher (1T1 feat TIITII NBA, Le Juh) locks the pivot triangle. 2024-2025 — I drop single after single: Oulala, BOUNCE, BAD MOOD. 1.53M streams on Kitty Kitty alone. 30+ releases since 2022. Zero paid promo.
The sound: signature flow, punchlines that land, Creole and English flowing seamlessly. US influences — Migos, Future, Gucci Mane — meld with the 152-160 BPM Caribbean hardcore beat. The goal: push this hybrid as far as possible. International — without ever dropping the Creole.
