This policy explains which personal data may be processed through the TIITII NBA website, for what purpose, and how it is protected.

Data collected

The website may process the following data:

- information sent voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, request type, message

- technical data required for the operation, security or diagnostics of the service

- public data from official platforms used to display certain indicators, such as YouTube, Spotify or TikTok

Purpose of processing

This data is used only to:

- respond to requests sent through the form

- display content, links and public signals related to the TIITII NBA project

- maintain, secure and improve the website

Audience measurement

The website measures its audience anonymously, only to understand what interests visitors and to improve its pages. This measurement is not used for advertising or profiling: we do not try to find out who you are.

Data collected for audience measurement:

- the country of connection (without the city)

- an ephemeral session identifier (valid for 30 minutes, non-persistent, which disappears when the tab is closed)

- the device, browser and operating system type (from the user-agent)

- page views, clicks and scroll depth

- display speed indicators (Web Vitals: load time, visual stability)

- the source of the visit (referring site, utm campaign parameters)

No IP address is stored. No third-party or advertising cookie is placed. No tracking is done from one session to the next: each new session starts from scratch and it is impossible to recognise you between two visits.

Legal basis: this measurement relies on the legitimate interest in improving the website and on the consent exemption provided by the French data protection authority (CNIL) for audience measurement. No blocking consent is therefore required.

Right to object: you can opt out of this measurement at any time using the "Refuse measurement" button in the banner shown on the site. The measurement then stops immediately. You can turn it back on by clearing the site data in your browser.

No resale or sharing: this audience-measurement data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Listener counter on promo pages

On a single's release pages, a counter may display a message such as "you're the Nth listener". This is a simple engagement metric, distinct from general audience measurement, and its state is stored locally in your browser, single by single. It only serves to animate the page and allows no identification.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request or to run the website technically, then deleted or archived according to its usefulness.

Sharing with third-party services

The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, routing or certain displays, in particular Cloudflare, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok and other official platforms linked from the site.

Embedded content (third-party embeds)

Some pages embed third-party content, such as Spotify players or YouTube videos. These services may place their own cookies and collect data according to their own rules, under their sole responsibility. To find out more, please refer to the privacy policies of those platforms.

Cookies and local storage

The website may use technical local storage or similar mechanisms to ensure it works properly, in particular within the administration and preview tools, as well as to remember your choice regarding audience measurement.
