Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data may be processed through the TIITII NBA website, for what purpose, and how it is protected.

Data collected

The website may process the following data:

- information sent voluntarily through the contact form: name, email, request type, message

- technical data required for the operation, security or diagnostics of the service

- public data from official platforms used to display certain indicators, such as YouTube, Spotify or TikTok

Purpose of processing

This data is used only to:

- respond to requests sent through the form

- display content, links and public signals related to the TIITII NBA project

- maintain, secure and improve the website

Audience measurement

The website measures its audience anonymously, only to understand what interests visitors and to improve its pages. This measurement is not used for advertising or profiling: we do not try to find out who you are.

Data collected for audience measurement:

- the country of connection (without the city)

- an ephemeral session identifier, drawn at random and replaced after 30 minutes without activity: it cannot recognise you from one visit to the next

- the device, browser and operating system type (from the user-agent)

- page views, how you reached them (link, reload, back button), clicks and scroll depth

- how long each part of a page stays on screen

- clicks that had no effect and clicks repeated on the same spot, without their position

- technical errors on the page (the error message, never what you type)

- speed indicators (Web Vitals: load time, first display, server response, responsiveness to taps, visual stability)

- the source of the visit (referring site, utm campaign parameters)

- the number of the network operator (internet provider or host), without the IP address, to keep robots out of the statistics

No IP address is stored. No third-party or advertising cookie is placed. No tracking is done from one session to the next: each new session starts from scratch and it is impossible to recognise you between two visits.

Legal basis: this measurement relies on the legitimate interest in improving the website and on the consent exemption provided by the French data protection authority (CNIL) for audience measurement. No blocking consent is therefore required.

Right to object: you can opt out of this measurement at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page, then "Anonymous audience measurement". The measurement stops immediately, and you can turn it back on in the same place.

No resale or sharing: this audience-measurement data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Replay your visit (with your consent)

If you answer "Yes, go ahead" in the banner, or turn it on under "Cookies", the website records how you move through its pages: the position of your mouse or finger, scrolling, clicks, the size of your window and the number of technical errors, with the page address, the device type and the country of connection. No text from the page, no image, and nothing you type into a field. The only purpose is to see what gets in the way and fix it. These recordings are not used for advertising or to recognise you. They are neither sold nor shared, and only the site's administrator can replay them.

How long: a recording without any difficulty (no click without effect, no repeated click, no error) is deleted after 7 days, all others after 3 months. If you withdraw your consent under "Cookies", the recording stops at once and the one of your current visit is deleted. Without your consent, none of this is recorded.

Meta advertising on release pages (with your consent)

On single release pages (/promo), and only if you accept, the website loads the pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook, Instagram). Meta then sets its own cookies and notes your visit to the page, so it can show you new TIITII NBA releases on Instagram and Facebook. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. Without your consent, the pixel is never loaded.

Your choices

The banner asks you a single question. With no answer after a few seconds, it goes away and this counts as a refusal. Your choice, consent or refusal, is kept in your browser for 6 months, then you are asked again. Change your mind anytime with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page: withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it.

Listener counter on promo pages

On a single's release pages, a counter may display a message such as "you're the Nth listener". This is a simple engagement metric, distinct from general audience measurement, and its state is stored locally in your browser, single by single. It only serves to animate the page and allows no identification.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request or to run the website technically, then deleted or archived according to its usefulness.

Sharing with third-party services

The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, routing or certain displays, in particular Cloudflare, YouTube, Spotify, TikTok and other official platforms linked from the site. Only with your consent, Meta Platforms Ireland receives your visit to release pages (see above).

Embedded content (third-party embeds)

Some pages embed third-party content, such as Spotify players or YouTube videos. These services may place their own cookies and collect data according to their own rules, under their sole responsibility. To find out more, please refer to the privacy policies of those platforms.

Cookies and local storage

The website may use technical local storage or similar mechanisms to ensure it works properly, in particular within the administration and preview tools, as well as to keep your choices (audience measurement, visit replay, Meta advertising) for 6 months.
